I got a cracked screen the day after purchasing my screen protector from putting my phone down on a hard surface. The crack has grown since and while I was in apple asked to have it replaced.

Apple explained that you need a printed receipt to do this but that you have to find the returns on their website which embedded in a long document. I started a live chat and waited over 15 min to connect with someone and when I finally did, it was long waits between responses and what should have been a 2-3 minute conversation ended up lasting almost an hour.

In the end its a 5-10 business day wait to get a new screen protector shipped and then a day later I received an email saying they are out of stock of the screen protector. I definitely do not recommend this product or company.

User's recommendation: Do not purchase this product, definitely not worth the hassle, the quality isn't great. I will never purchase from them again.

Hello, Belkin customer service was great. Answered all my questions about the replacement. Even went as far as sending me the replacement when I informed them that the copy of the receipt was blurry and slowing proof was going to be difficult to do. I offered the original date of the protective glass purchased from Apple and for a moment there, I thought oh, without the receipt being clear, Belkin will not replace. To my surprise, the representative said, no problem, we will ship you a replacement. It was only not even a week later, I received the replacement. :)

Zero because they are a fly by night company. They sell defected parts then there is no customer service to help

They do not answer the phone. They do not answer the chat. They sold me a defective charging cable now I am stuck with junk they say it has a warranty. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Can't return or exchange for my life!

I need to return a Belkin item, their online return system does not work. I tried to reset passwords, do everything, but nothing comes through. Then I tried the live chat, but they are unable to deal with returns OR with log in issues. Not sure what they do. Then I tried calliing and was disconnected. Tried again and have been on hold 20 minutes as of now

Defective product

I have a pair of earbuds and one side has lower volume. I have spoken to a few representatives at Belkin while being put in touch with different departments to be currently waiting for another call now for a few weeks and received an email to review the service when I still need service. I ordered products through the UK website, they were not delivered, I was proving with an incorrect DHL tracking reference. I have 'attempted' to contact customer services on half a dozen occasions (each time waiting up to 40 mins) only to be bounced from one place to another and constantly told 'sorry, but that is beyond my remit'. I have no product and no means of complaint or resolution, either on phone or live chat - both totally useless. I really wish companies like this stopped hiding behind Covid-19 as a cover-up for appalling client service.

I have a Hi-Speed USB 2.0 4-Port Ultra-Mini Hub-Silver F5U407. I used to be able to plug-in my printer and CD reader into this and they would all show up on my desktop screen, recently I tried to plug in my printer in my cd reader to my Mac and they don't work.

Could something be wrong with it or is it just out of date. At 40 bucks I think they should work.

I am working through this website because the Belkin website is unresponsive. I've been trying for days to do a chat but been told over and over your to busy to respond to chats, this morning I tried the telephone number and the person I got in contact with new nothing and then disconnected me.

I was additionally disconnected on other efforts to call.

All I want to know is should it work? If not what do I buy that will work?

£30 screen protector awful quality have only offered replacement instead of refund

Ive had contact with BELKIN for over a week now they are slow at replying, they also do not listen. The quality is so poor of the product I have received (screen protector) Im willing to peel off the protector send it off for them and for them to issue me with a refund. They dont seem to listen to my emails as they have requested a replacement only. Ive tried ringing them up but the option button I use for screen protectors is unavailable Ive even Asked for a callback. They just dont listen
