Getting a replacement screen protector
I got a cracked screen the day after purchasing my screen protector from putting my phone down on a hard surface. The crack has grown since and while I was in apple asked to have it replaced.
Apple explained that you need a printed receipt to do this but that you have to find the returns on their website which embedded in a long document. I started a live chat and waited over 15 min to connect with someone and when I finally did, it was long waits between responses and what should have been a 2-3 minute conversation ended up lasting almost an hour.
In the end its a 5-10 business day wait to get a new screen protector shipped and then a day later I received an email saying they are out of stock of the screen protector. I definitely do not recommend this product or company.
User's recommendation: Do not purchase this product, definitely not worth the hassle, the quality isn't great. I will never purchase from them again.

Zero because they are a fly by night company. They sell defected parts then there is no customer service to help

Verified ReviewerUSB Hub not working
I have a Hi-Speed USB 2.0 4-Port Ultra-Mini Hub-Silver F5U407. I used to be able to plug-in my printer and CD reader into this and they would all show up on my desktop screen, recently I tried to plug in my printer in my cd reader to my Mac and they don't work.
Could something be wrong with it or is it just out of date. At 40 bucks I think they should work.
I am working through this website because the Belkin website is unresponsive. I've been trying for days to do a chat but been told over and over your to busy to respond to chats, this morning I tried the telephone number and the person I got in contact with new nothing and then disconnected me.
I was additionally disconnected on other efforts to call.
All I want to know is should it work? If not what do I buy that will work?
- Normally belkin products are a cut above other companies
- Unresponsive customer service
Preferred solution: If my USB hub is outdated I need to know what to buy that will work.
