I placed an order for a charger on 12/24/23 that was "pre-order" and expected to ship by the 1st of the year. No updates and no product one month later.

I called customer service and they said "it's a warehouse thing" but that my product would still come. Still no item so I left a review on their website and was then contacted by customer service. They did not charge my card, however, I expressed I still wanted the product at the price when I ordered it. They then canceled my order stating it was on "back order".

This is a lie because others have received theirs and are posting reviews. I then received another email from customer service that they were closing my case because they "haven't heard from me", which of course is a lie as well.

They don't communicate with customers or amongst themselves. Very poor business practice.

The product broke within months started heating up, called for them to replace it. They sent me the wrong plug-in instead of an apple plug-in. I got a Samsung plug-in. Can’t get a hold of anybody

Terrible service they want you to pay to talk to them and join a thing that cost you $49 a month you can cancel anytime you want. Thats what they say you can cancel but once theyve got you, its *** trying to cancel and get your money back
You should not have to open up something like that and pay ahead of time to talk to customer service I really feel like its a way to get into your credit card to charge away if they want to.
I would tell people not to buy any products from Belkin. There are representations poor.
