I purchased a screen protector for my wife's iPhone 16 Pro from the Apple Store and registered the product with you for the lifetime warranty. Several months later, the screen cracked, and I made a warranty claim, which was approved.
I think I paid a $10 shipping fee for the replacement. Subsequently, I received a new Ultra Glass 2 Screen Protector. I went into the *** yesterday to have it installed, and they said it was the wrong one and could not be installed with their machine. They told me to contact you and get the correct replacement screen.
Your phone numbers do not work, and your chat has had me in queue all day. If you get this message, please acknowledge and send me the correct replacement, which should be exactly the same as the one installed previously at the ***.

Belkin decided to drop support and service. Wow, that's a kick in the shorts.
Come January, I will not be able to use my dimmer switch, light switch, and 5 smart plugs. I guess it was a blessing because I was always reprogramming or rebooting their worthless product.
Thank you, Belkin, for letting us down. Makes you want to go out and buy their product.

I purchased four Belkin products from a Verizon store. They gave me a code to register the products for a lifetime warranty.
I scanned the code and Belkin came up - the site took all my personal information, put cookies on my device, and then said that the products I purchased were not available. Yes, they are, you bozos, I just bought them at Verizon two DAYS ago. I then pressed the icon for chat and again, Belkin took all my personal information and then a box popped up that said, oops! a representative isn't available.
Then WHY did you take my personal information??? I hate this company from day 1 and will never buy from them again.

No one contacted me, I went to ATT and bought another screen protector and their replacement policy is much easier. Belkin does not want to cover their product and makes the warrranty replacement impossible.
That is absolute *** and I will never buy your product again. I had to buy another $45 protector from ATT and their registration process was easy and they will keep it on file so when i need a new protector, I just need to go to the store and get it replaced.
I would like a full refund on your product for not standing behind it and making the claim process so convoluted that most people will give up before you even ship a replacement, but I guess that is the idea. #BelkinSucks

AVOID BELKIN AT ALL COSTSBought the Belkin ScreenForceTemperedGlass Treated Screen Protector for a new iPhone 14 Plus. What a mistake!
Not only is there just ONE in the box, but it has begun to lift up in the upper left corner of the screen. There is now an annoying and distracting air bubble sitting there. This is after only six days of careful use. I will never use Belkin again.
Ten years ago they were greatnot anymore. Judging by the other reviews on here Im not even going to bother asking for a refund. It sounds like Belkin have become an extremely shady company - I havent the time nor the patience for that garbage. Same goes for CASETiFYDodgy!
On the other hand, I bought a Spigen Glas.tR EZ Fit Glass Screen Protector to my Apple Watch Ultra and it is amazing. Very easy to apply and you get two. They also respond promptly to any query.
Up to you! *Posted this on Trust Pilot and Product Review too, the more people know about dodgy companies like these the better.

worst customer service regarding warranty replacement I've ever had from a dealer they say its been released still waiting for replacement they haven't mailed it yet just keep saying when its mailed ill get a tracking number how long does it take to mail i could have driven to begin my self at least 6 and back times already and i live in Victoria British Columbia
