AVOID BELKIN AT ALL COSTSBought the Belkin ScreenForceTemperedGlass Treated Screen Protector for a new iPhone 14 Plus. What a mistake!
Not only is there just ONE in the box, but it has begun to lift up in the upper left corner of the screen. There is now an annoying and distracting air bubble sitting there. This is after only six days of careful use. I will never use Belkin again.
Ten years ago they were greatnot anymore. Judging by the other reviews on here Im not even going to bother asking for a refund. It sounds like Belkin have become an extremely shady company - I havent the time nor the patience for that garbage. Same goes for CASETiFYDodgy!
On the other hand, I bought a Spigen Glas.tR EZ Fit Glass Screen Protector to my Apple Watch Ultra and it is amazing. Very easy to apply and you get two. They also respond promptly to any query.

Verified BuyerResolved: Faulty keypad after 6 months will not work.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I sent documentation to them that I purchased this equipment and then they decided to replace a 10key wireless keypad. It took many emails but it was finally solved at which I am thankful for them to resolve this issue.
I ordered from belkin from their website and Apple (being a partner with belkin) sent an email of the receipt that belkin would send by date and the price and order number. So I receive the keypad it worked fine for several months now it will not turn on. I live chatted with an employee and was told because I did not have a receipt directly from belkin I do not qualify for a replacement, Also I can not get the keypad fixed.
So I am writing this review that belkin should follow the Amazon model and have an organization that sends all receipts to the customer directly and they should have a record of my order not the 3rd party. They also have to have a product that lasts longer than 6 months.

Belkin is the worst thing ever. Apple has to pay us our money back for being scammed to get Belkin products.
When you buy a screen protector at Apple they dont warn you how terrible is Belkin and they charge $40 telling you that you get a lifelong warranty.. but the warranty is processed by this terrible company. Why does Belkin cant send replacement stock for the Apple Store for anyone that need it? Why cant I just go to the store and get my screen protector replaced?
Why do I have to order it to arrive at home and then do it myself (with poor quality), or get a machine-applied part and then going to the Apple Store to get help?its disgusting, because the store does have new protectors to sell, but not to replace for anyone who was already scammed to buy them. And the worst part, they want you to sent them the broken screen protector back?!?! They just try to make it so annoying that they can cash-up the $40 they stole and never give you a warranty. A screen protector shouldnt cost more than $10 and if you cant give a normal warranty than sell a pack of 4 for $40 and save everyone time..
shame we cant get the money back. Shame on Apple for using this company and scamming people to buy its product. I am deeply hurt and disappointed. I paid 1600 for iPhone, 90 for cover, and then $40 to be scammed by Belkin.
Apple screen protector should be Apple and should meet the Apple service standard. I will never fall again for this, but as long as I still have the same iPhone I will keep using the life long warranty I was promised because they dont deserve to save after scamming everyone to buy their product while thinking we are buying an Apple product.

Most frustrating process ever to get an IPhone 14 screen replacement.
I purchased IPhone and screen protector. I was told that I can register for the Belkin warranty on the screen protector.
So for the first time I registered a product. Today, a year later, I tried to get the replacement. I was in for such a rude awakening. I first went to the Apple Store, and I was told I had to go online to Belkin, they arent the ones who offer the warranty.
Went online to my Belkin account and the registered product were listed.
No where on the site does it tell you how to initiate a request for a replacement.
So I tried a chat. Three times for various reasons. But this day I made up my mind to follow the process through. Not realizing it was going to give me a massive headache just going through the process.
So the Chat Assistant asks for product, model number, which I didnt have a model number.
And a link for me to go to to start the process. I didnt know it was going to ask for receipt, nor photos of the product and the model number and packaging of the product. I figured the product is registered, they had all that info!!! It said I didnt need a receipt, but it still insisted I clhecked the box that I submitted a receipt.
Then I found it wanted photos, well I didnt have any of the chip on the screen, so I had to take photos using a different phone, sent it to this phone, saved them then uploaded them, all while trying not to lose the screen I was on and lose the progress I had made. It asked for a strange information a number for country??? I just randomly picked one. I got the process finalized and the info is they will send either a self applied protector or a machine applied one.
For the first the store cannot put on for me and the second one they can. So now I have to wait 10 days or so to see if I will get a new screen protector.

They finally sent me a confirmation email of the order cancellation 5 days ago but PayPal still have the payment on hold, which they said the hold of payment should be 24-48 hours. I contacted them again about the issue but they only told me they will let the team know...
I commented on their Instagram post about my experience and they pretended to ask me to DM my email and order number but at the same time they reported me as a spam and removed my comment. See attached photos
I called and they wouldnt revise/replace the wrong item or they wouldnt let you to cancel the order. They gave me an excuse said that they already picked the item from warehouse (REALLY??? Within 2 hours of my order???). Ok, and now its been over 30 hours and they still havent shipped out the order yet.
What did they mean by already picked out the items from warehouse within 2 hours?
They just wouldnt help with fixing the order even let them sit on a desk after picked out from the warehouse. Dont buy from Belkin again!!!

Customer Service/Warranty
Worst customer service I've ever experienced and I'm not one to complain about that.
Registered my wireless earphones when I bought them for the warranty protection. The left earbud stops working only 3 months after purchasing them so I go to get them replaced.
The link to the warranty replacement form doesn't work, so I use the live chat and they give me the link which has a box to check if you had registered the product which I check, thinking okay that's it.
Then I received an email asking for proof of receipt. What's the point of registering the product if you're going to ask for the receipt months later? Managed to get Best Buy to dig the receipt up for me as it was no longer in my emails. When you try to get answers to your questions they just tell you its a different department and they can't help you because they don't know.
Seems like a basic question to know the answer to of what the point of registering the product is if you still need a receipt for replacement. I think its so you throw your receipt out and then they don't have to honour your warranty, but maybe I'm being cynical.
Finally submit my receipt, and no reply no confirmation of anything. Again go to the live chat and the person says theres none in the same colour would I like a different one. I say that's fine why did I not receive a response.
Again - not my department, I cant answer that.
Good luck getting a replacement or help from them, as it will just be a huge waste of your time. No point in registering your product eitherD

I placed an order for a charger on 12/24/23 that was "pre-order" and expected to ship by the 1st of the year. No updates and no product one month later.
I called customer service and they said "it's a warehouse thing" but that my product would still come. Still no item so I left a review on their website and was then contacted by customer service. They did not charge my card, however, I expressed I still wanted the product at the price when I ordered it. They then canceled my order stating it was on "back order".
This is a lie because others have received theirs and are posting reviews. I then received another email from customer service that they were closing my case because they "haven't heard from me", which of course is a lie as well.
They don't communicate with customers or amongst themselves. Very poor business practice.

User's recommendation: Be prepared to be patient with the process and details, even though the company has a complete file on any previous replacement history, original receipt photo or pdf copy. They make it more difficult to hope customers will just go to a vendor and buy / pay for a new one right away instead of waiting, rig-a-ma-roll of sending back a broken screen protector, and inconvenience. A new one is profit, compared to nit-picking through the warranty whoops.

Preferred solution: A replacement product without having to show the receipt. I assumed registering a product was the best way to be Able to get the replacement when it was needed. I am not sure why they offer the warranty if they do not intend to honor it.
